Launched in 2000, the Patek Philippe reference 5110 World Time was manufactured for a relatively small production span with its discontinuation in 2006. Featuring 24 cities, the guilloché dial is handcrafted using the traditional manufacturing technique with a rose engine machine. The case has a pusher at 10 o’clock that allows for an instantaneous change of the time zone making reference 5110 an excellent companion for world travelers.
