自型号1463于1960年代末停产，型号5070便成为百达翡丽往后第一款的纯计时腕表。于1998年推出时仅提供黄金版本，后于2001年及2003年先后推出白金和红金版本，自2008年以来仅以铂金生产。据信每个版本均在生产至1,000 件后便停止制作。
