a fine late 19th century lacquered brass cased dynamometer signed on the cover Siemens & Halske Berlin No. 6569, the torsion wire column with adjustment screw and horizontal scale with pointer, the coils contained within a glass cylinder (cracked), the base plate with plaque engraved 28 7b and fitted with a series of six connector points, the stand with three adjustable levelling screws - 16½in. (42cm.) high
