manuscript on thick buff paper, the Qur'an written in minute red, green, purple and black naskh to form a meandering fruiting vine, sura headings written in black, the opening sura written in larger gold script, 54 of the names of God written in gold amongst the vine, occasional small tendrils and leaves drawn in gold, colphon in gold at the end signed by Muhammad Nouri al-Yuwasi and dated 1302, (minor staining)
