Shaped circular and with gadrooned borders, each later engraved with a coat-of-arms and crest, marked on reverse - 9½in. (24cm.) diam. 90ozs. (281grs.)
The arms and crest are those of Gerard presumably for Sir William Gerard 11th Bt. (1773-1826) who married Anna Maria, daughter of Miles Stapylton in 1795. (6)
