The graceful figure shown standing with one foot crossed over the other atop a lotus socle raised on a separate base, looking at the bird perched atop her left hand and with an amphora pendent from her right hand, wearing a scarf draped around the shoulders, a skirt gathered at the waist and long beaded necklaces, the hair drawn up behind a lotus-decorated headdress, with extensive traces of black, red, blue and white pigment, losses--58¾in. (149.2cm.) high
