Of panelled baluster form, on spreading circular foot, rising to a tight fluted band below rim, with reeded scroll handle with ivory insulators, the spout issuing from acanthus leaves and chased above with anthemion, the slightly domed cover with sunburst fluting, surmounted by a fluted baluster finial, with circular sleeve collar, engraved on side with crest and monogram, marked under base, on handle, collar, and cover--8 7/8in.(22.6cm.) high
