Of baluster form, on spreading rim foot, with foliate scroll spout and wood scroll handle, the hinged domed cover with gadrooned rim and part-fluted urn finial, engraved on on side with a coat-of-arms and crest and on the other with a presentation inscription within a circular scroll cartouche, marked on body and cover--11 1/2in. (29cm.); the stand of shaped circular form, raised on three scroll feet, the scroll rim with shells at intervals, the center engraved with a presentation inscription within a similar circular cartouche, marked under base--7 1/4in. (18.3cm.) diam.
