Of inverted pear-shaped form on a shaped moulded rim foot, the fluted body chased with foliate scrolls and rocaille and two foliate scroll and rocaille cartouches, one with traces of initials, the scroll handle with conforming decoration, the shaped hinged domed cover with scrolls and rocaille and with shell finial, marked under base--4in. (10.2cm. ) high
