A London decorated porcelain bough pot
possibly Coalport, of commode form moulded to the corners with shells suspending rings, around the base fluted puce and gilt panels, three sides painted in shades of sepia, puce and gilt with a stylised eagle, the claw resting on fresh kill, the wings curving over to form bowers each supportings a nest of chicks, the corners with gilt vermicular pattern on apricot ground, the cover with five bowls, circa 1800 (slight wear to gilt, chips and crack to cover) -- 28cm. wide
