The stone is well carved depicting a figure of Shoulao dressed in a voluminous robe, with a double gourd hanging from his belt at the back and holding a gnarled staff in the form of a prunus branch. A young boy kneels at his side, offering a peach. The stone is of a greyish-opaque tone with very minor russet inclusions.
