Oval box, the cover and base engine-turned with concentric reeding stamped with alternating circles of stars and pellets, within fluted borders, the four side panels engine-turned with horizontal reeding stamped with stars and pellets, also within fluted borders, and divided by four vases of flowers chased on a frosted ground, the matted gold borders chased in two-colour gold with flaming hearts, scrolls, foliage, roses and berries, plain gold rims
