I have a particular soft spot for Coutet as it was the first Château my wife and I visited on our brief tour of Sauternes on my first visit to Bordeaux in the summer of 1955. I well recall the smile on the face of the Maitre de Chai when, after a sip, my wife said 'comme miel'! MB
