Of shaped oval form, the lobed body bright-cut engraved with bands of stylized foliage on a reeded ground and wrigglework enclosing on each side a vacant cartouche within foliate mantling, with wood scroll handle and scroll spout, the hinged domed cover with a foliate border and surmounted by a fluted wood finial, marked under base and on cover--12in.
