A highlight was August Macke’s Kolonnade mit Segelboot II, which achieved EUR 3 million (£2.53 million), underlining the strong demand for outstanding artworks by the German Expressionist. Other notable results included works by Gerhard Richter, Sigmar Polke, Emil Nolde and Wassily Kandinsky, alongside Edvard Munch, reflecting continued collector interest in major figures of modern and contemporary art.
