Modern New York concluded with strong results across categories, achieving a combined total of over US$26 million and underscoring sustained demand for 20th Century masters across prints, paintings and photography.

Prints and Multiples led with US$9.7 million, while Modern American Art realised US$10.9 million, supported by a further US$1 million from the online sale. Photographs contributed US$4.5 million, with exceptional momentum driven by a focused spotlight on Irving Penn. Notably, the top five lots of the sale were all by Penn, led by Ginkgo Leaves, affirming the strength and precision of this season’s dedicated section.

Across the auctions, standout works by artists including Andy Warhol, Pablo Picasso and Georgia O'Keeffe attracted competitive bidding and the results reflect thoughtfully curated groupings that resonate with both established collectors and new buyers.
