To commemorate Christie’s 40th anniversary in Asia, the Shanghai live auction on 13 November unveils a curated showcase of magnificent jewels and extraordinary horological rarities.
The jewellery session offers a superb selection of exquisite diamonds, coloured gemstones, and jadeite, alongside signed pieces from iconic houses including Harry Winston, Tiffany & Co., Chaumet, and Graff. Leading the offering is the breathtaking ‘Starlight’ Necklace by William Goldberg, a masterwork showcasing an impressive 90.80 carats of coloured diamonds. A further highlight is a meticulous “Horse” brooch by Wallace Chan, created in celebration of the Year of the Horse.
The watch session is crowned by The John Shaw Collection Part II, presenting a celebrated lineup of contemporary and neo-vintage masterworks from Patek Philippe, Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, Breguet and more. Highlights include an important Patek Philippe platinum World Time with a striking red dial, the highly sought-after Nautilus reference 5711/1A-010 which was discontinued in 2021, and a stunning Omega 18k white gold and baguette-cut diamond-set automatic tourbillon, making its historic debut at auction.
Thoughtfully curated to suit the refined tastes of global buyers, this sale offers an unmissable opportunity for both seasoned collectors and passionate newcomers to discover and acquire masterpieces of remarkable rarity and provenance.
