更多詳情
Celestial motifs are a mainstay influence in the designs of Duke Fulco di Verdura with the sun, moon and stars all making repeat appearances in some of Verdura’s most iconic designs, including the ‘Double Crescent’ Bracelet seen at present in the rare form of round and baguette diamonds throughout. The interlocking C motif derives from the crescent moon symbolism of Diana, Roman goddess of the hunt, harkening to Verdura’s Sicilian upbringing. First introduced in 1944, the design grabbed the attention of style-setters in the decades that followed including Marjorie Merriweather Post and Diana, Princess of Wales, solidifying its lasting style.
