each on a saddled and bridled horse standing four square on a rectangular base, the figures wearing tunics and hoods, one with both arms raised to his chin and fists clenched, the other with one arm raised above his shoulder and the other clenched at his side, some red, white and black pigments remaining -- 15in. (38cm.) high, Tang Dynasty, (some restoration and old wear.)
