A page of autograph notes in Harrison's hand written during production of a documentary about Ravi Shankar in the mid 1970s, the working notes reveal Harrison's thoughts about a visit to The White House in 1974 ...Initially, I had some misgivings...because of the Heavyness (sic) of its Past....It was not what I had imagined it to be... and his feelings regarding his last tour of America I...I realize now that I made a decision for myself in touring the way I did - rightly or wrongly - If I'd gone out alone and just played my hit songs and the old Beatle records - the audience might have liked it better or understood it more - but i would not have learned nearly as much.... i would have missed all THIS, in common mount with a piece of white card signed in blue felt pen by subject -- 1x4in. (2.5x10cm.) and a colour machine-print photograph of subject -- 11x8in. (28x20.3cm.), overall measurements -- 14x18in. (35.5x45.7cm.)
