Presentation album containing eighty-one gelatin silver prints, sizes from 3½ x 5 in. to 11½ x 8½ in., several trimmed to oval, variously mounted on two-toned album leaves, printed title labels on mounts, lined with red silk, leather label stamped in gilt By special appointment to H.E. The Governor of Bombay, H.H. the Maharaja of Mysore...& several other native states and with photographer's credit mounted inside front cover, half maroon morocco, titled and dated with royal emblem in gilt on front cover, oblong folio.

The album documents the investiture of the Maharaja Yeshwant Rao Holkar Bahadur and includes a full-length portrait of his Highness, Rai Bahadur S.M. Bapna, Prime Minister of Indore; the elephant procession; images of his arrival at King Edward Hall and the Durbar followed by the banquet and fireworks; his arrival at the Residency; Jagirdars' Durbar at the old Palace; views around the Prime Minister's home at Baxi Bagh; and several architectural studies of King Edward Hall, the Old Palace, Yeshwant Niwas Palace, Lal Bagh Palace, Baxi Bagh, Holkar College, and a river view at Chattri Bagh.
