The circular top with a band of anthemion and star-motives surrounding the edge inlaid with lozenges and simulated fluting, above the raised fluted and pearled frieze with four dog's heads above four scrolling supports and a central shaft, on a canted concave-sided square plinth and later stepped shaped feet, former extensions now lacking, restorations, with metal label stamped 'E1'
