The first from a trooper's armour, shaped to the back and base of the neck with plain turns along the edges, struck with the Commonwealth cross of St. George mark and maker's mark 'IH'; the second with two-piece skull with low comb and pointed fall and neck-guard (damaged) made in one (cheek-pieces missing)
