Probably Swiss, late 15th Century
With stout spike of stiff diamond section flattened at the base, the flat head with oblong axe-blade struck on each face with a maker's mark, a 'T' between three pellets in a lozenge, slightly down-sloped beak-shaped fluke, rectangular open socket with two side-straps, and associated wooden staff
