A Nabeshima blue and white cup painted to the exterior with brocade balls and emblems tied with ribbons above a comb foot, the interior rim with a band of scrolling foliage -- 1¾in. (4.5cm.) high, underglaze blue seal mark; and a Japanese blue and white dish decorated with trees and flowers -- 6in. (15.2cm.) diam, probably by Kitaoji Rosanjin.
