Carved to all four sides with classical temples, the top inset with four segmented leather writing surfaces, the central two segments raising into reading stands to each side, the pedestal base with four cabinet doors, each opening to three drawers, the inner drawers with lock plates stamped LEVER, the whole raised on a modern ebonized plinth base
