A Chinese blue and white export teapot
with fruitspray finial, lobed body and strap handle, painted and gilt with fishing boats before retereats in tree strewn river landscapes below geometric and interlacing gilt borders -- 5in. (13cm) high, (hairline crack to handle); and another export teapot with similar finial and handle, painted and gilt with central crests depicting confronting birds within floral garlands -- 4¾in. (12cm) high, (rim chips, spout damaged), both 18th century.
