Hanoverian pattern, each with two rounded tines, engraved with a lozenge-of-arms, marked on handles
7 3/4 in. (19.7 cm.) long
24 oz. 13 dwt. (767 gr.)
The arms are those of Norcliffe with Hesketh in pretence, for Mary Norcliffe (1675- 1739), widow of Fairfax Norcliffe of Langton (1674-1720). She was daugher and co-heir of Thomas Hesketh of Heslington.
