with arched scrolled cresting, panelled back with foliate-carved lunettes and central rosette, arms with baluster supports, solid seat with squab cushion, foliate lunette-carved apron and turned supports joined by stretchers, lacking footrest, Wiltshire or Dorset, mid 17th century
