The rectangular crossbanded top with gilt-tooled dark olive leather above three frieze drawers to each long side, designed to have a cupboard to the right-hand side and a bank of three graduated drawers to the left at both sides, presently arranged with both (left opening) cupboards to one side, the side handles later, the drawer handles replaced
