Reference 3444 was launched by Patek Philippe in 1960 and remained in production until 1963. With the exception of 50 pieces in pink gold, this reference was mainly available in yellow gold with a total production of 200 pieces made.

To the best of our knowledge, the present specimen is fresh to the market.
