Amongst the three historic Swiss watch manufactures, Vacheron Constantin can be considered as being the more audacious and daring. Between the 1940s and 1950s Vacheron Constantin opened the dam to its creativity and experimented heavily on lugs designs, going from minor twists to openly Baroque (for more examples of fancy lugs by Vacheron Constantin, please see lots 2385, 2386, 2387).
