Level into neck
Tasting note: Backward nose. Very light weight and not showing any aromas, but with minty tones. At second nose, more on the roasted hazelnut side. Medium-rich at the beginning of taste with a lovely, refined mid-palate, acidity coming through. On the after taste, a sweet grapefruit aroma which gives the wine character. Great finish of red grapefruits and honeyed sweetness. Wow. Vying with Serrado 1830 for my top marks in this tasting.
