According to the Archives of Audemars Piguet this watch was sold in 1994 in the United Kingdom with an engraving to the back of the case N.1.

Furthermore, delivered with a ALMAR certificate of Burlington Arcade. Mayfair, London mentioning that the watch is set with 44 diamonds for 3.43 carats and 40 emeralds for 4.21 carats.
