The reference 145.022-69 ST is the last model Speedmaster where the case back makes no reference to the moon landing. This model is also the first to have a painted Omega logo, rather than an applied metal one. The present model features a stepped dial, a rare and extremely sought-after “dot over 90” bezel”.
