“有一天，我细细端详桌布上的红花图案，而当我仰目上望时，我看见屋顶、窗户和墙壁都布满了同样的图案…这些图案最后蔓延了整个房间、染遍我的身躯和整个宇宙。我觉得自己好似进入自我消融过程，在无尽的时间、绝对空间的无垠中盘旋着，然后化为无有。我接着意识到：这些现象居然在发生，且绝非幻觉一场，我开始恐惧不已。我知道我得尽快逃开，免得被这些红花的魔咒吞噬生命。”
