On circular ringed foot, with bulbous body rising to a flaring flanged neck and bulbous lid with elongated finial, the engraved decoration arranged in lobed medallions consisting of floral quatrefoils, a palmette above and below, interspersed with half lobed medallions and turquoise inset palmettes to the body, the foot and flanges with floral decoration, the flaring neck with hanging palmettes and cusped cartouches outlined in gold
