DAOGUANG SIX-CHARACTER SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE-BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1821-1850)
The dish is decorated to the centre of the interior with an iron-red five-clawed dragon above crashing waves. The exterior is decorated with nine further iron-red dragons on a similar ground below a stylised floral border at the rim.
