Rectangular in form, sculpted in high relief with a male head with almond-shaped eyes, recessed for inlays, now missing, prominent eyebrows merging into long triangular nose, a small, pursed mouth, protruding rounded ears and a short beard, a four letter epigraph below reading 'Nbys’, identifying the owner, N(a)by(a)sh, with remains of red pigment
