The arms are for Luttrell impaling Trevelyan, for Alexander Luttrell of Dunster Castle (1705-1737) and his wife Margaret (died 1764), daughter of Sir John Trevelyan, 2nd Bt. of Nettlescombe, whom he married in 1718.
