LATE 16TH CENTURY, THE FOOT WITH MAKER'S MARK A DEVICE, POSSIBLY FOR PETER SCHLEICH, NUREMBURG, THE CUP WITH MAKER'S MARK A DEVICE, TOWN MARK CROSSED KEYS
Tapering cylindrical with flared rim, the sides chased with figures, masks and fruit amongst strapwork, the baluster knopped stem cast with three masks and with three foliate scroll supports, the domed foot chased with fruit and strap-work, the foot further later stamped with initial 'F.I.B', marked near rim and on foot,
