Tasting note: For me this is now one of the best and most elegant of all the '63's. Very fragrant, harmonious, touch of spice, cloves, tangerine; stylish, beautifully balanced, gentle acidity. Last noted Sept 1999 ***** Now-2015 M.B.
Recorked and rewaxed in 2013. Light tawny color, fairly pale orange red. Lovely refined nose, elegant in dried fruit style. Soft sweet taste, intense and intriguing. A very good wine to enjoy and keep. Still with bags of life ahead. Last tasted January 2014. E.V.
