A FINELY CARVED ARCHAISTIC SPINACH-GREEN JADE CENSER

The vessel is impressively carved with a pair of dragon-form handles, with the exterior of the body elaborately decorated with archaistic taotie masks set against a geometric ground, all raised on a short flaring foot. The stone is of a rich dark green tone, with paler and darker inclusions.
