With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvered dial and raised gold Breguet numerals in 1943 and its subsequent sale on 21 September 1945.

Vintage Patek Philippe watches featuring Breguet numerals are much sought after by collectors, especially if they are confirmed by the Extract from the Archives as is the case with the present watch. A beautiful timepiece, this reference 130 also features a tachymetre scale for miles, which is rarer than those watches featuring a tachymetre scale designed for measurement in kilometers.

Production of Patek Philippe's first chronograph with a reference number, the reference 130, was launched in 1934. Production of this well-known reference continued until the 1960s. The model was produced in different precious metal versions, as well as in stainless steel.
