The ovoid bowl engraved with the crowned coat-of-arms of Willem, Prince of Orange flanked by the coat-of-arms of the Seventeen Provinces, the Seven United Provinces to the lower band, each crowned, larger and titled Geldria, HOLLANDIA, Zelandia, Vtrecht, ouerysel, Friesia and Grueningen, the upper band of coats-of-arms titled Limburgh, Litzenbrgh, Namen, Artoers, Hen gouwe, Flaendria, Zutphen, Mechten, Antwerpen and Brabantia, the rim with a meandering band of fruiting vines, signed and dated to the lower part of the bowl above an applied milled band, the cylindrical stem applied with four rows of raspberry prunts, with a kick-in base, supported by a coiled foot
