Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated April 14, 2007, wooden presentation box, leather envelope, product literature and outer packaging.

The reference 5076 is part of a small production series of watches including the references 5075 and 5077. Each was produced in limited numbers in white gold or platinum. Various models had either cloisonné or champlevé dials and as with the present watch, pavé-set diamond dials. The reference 5076 was introduced in 2003.
