Designed as a circular-shaped plaque centring upon a carved ivory female profile, the sculpted gold cloak and cap with sapphire and diamond accents, enhanced by a translucent green and blue plique à jour enamel landscape surround with diamond-set floral detail, to the blue enamel, sapphire and rose-cut diamond frame, with sapphire-set suspension loop, mounted in gold, circa 1910, diameter 4.1cm wide
