Gilt-finished verge movement, finely engraved and pierced scroll decorated balance bridges, plain three-arm brass balance, a toc repeating through two hammers, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer Arabic five minute divisions, plain inner and outer case, the outer case with finely chased and embossed classical scene in high relief, repeating through the pendant, movement, dial and cuvette signed, inner case stamped with casemaker's initials AK, London hallmarks for 1733-34 and numbered 4510
