The colophon of this manuscript states that it was copied in the month of Safar AH 1197, during the reign of Maharaj Dhiraj Pratap Singh of Jaipur (1778-1803), in the 24th regnal year of Shah 'Alam and year 1839 of the Vikram Samvaat calendar, for a certain Sheikh Muhammad, Qadi of Suwai.
