A gaming board attributed to Gujarat or Sindh, which sold in these Rooms, has very similar ivory-inlaid rosettes to those present on the side panels of this box, (5 October 2010, lot 361). The inlaid panels used to cover this box have probably been salvaged from an older piece of furniture.
